Lawyers seek 25 million in Boston explosion suit
Lawyers for two men burned in an Aerosol Research Laboratories explosion in Holbrook last week filed a 26 million suit in Plymouth County Superior Court. Brockton resident Jim Sloan, 26, in fair condition with second and third degree burns over 65 percent, was among 24 injured as two victims died Tuesday. The action accuses the firm of negligent inspection, maintenance, warnings, and safety failures.
