Anti racist rally at Harpers Ferry park grounds

Nearly 800 demonstrators gathered at Harpers Ferry park on the anniversary of John Brown's raid. The protest featured INCAR and PLP members traveling from cities like Detroit and Boston. Fires scorch cabin, barn and market roof in county weekend

Frederick County Junior Miss honors Lisa Koogle’s farewell

Lisa Koogle, Frederick County and Maryland Junior Miss, received a standing ovation as she spoke at the end of her year. Baltimore sports funding shift seeks team city deal

Delegation leader Smelser said Maryland’s push for economic development nudges sports funding toward a joint city team plan.
