Local bank study class opens first session on Commercial Law
Twenty two employees and executives from Frederick area financial institutions attend the first of a 23 week Commercial Law course at the Frederick YMCA. Attorney Rob ert E. Clapp Jr. leads the class, meeting weekly at 7:30 pm on Thursdays to cover contracts agency estates real property and negotiable instruments. Participants include Frederick- Cauzens National Bank Farmers and Mechanics National Bank Sykesville State Bank and Mt Airy First National among others. Also Feagaville Union meets with reading and singing program and Afghan project.
