Couple charged with extortion in Grantsville standoff
Paul Moore and his wife Lorraine were charged with extortion after a day long barricade at their Grantsville trailer home. Moore threatened to blow up the house unless paid. No injuries and no explosives found. The couple was taken for psychiatric evaluation at Spring Grove State Hospital.
