Substantial Frederick United Appeal progress noted
The United Appeal of Frederick reported near 360000 in collections at the final report meeting in Winchester Hall. Cochairman Carl Weakley predicted reaching the 210000 goal next Monday while Walkersville exceeded its 1150 target, and county totals rose by 5500.55 for nine social agencies. volunteers credited for Walkersville’s early success.
