Supreme Court upholds right to concerted activity in labor case
The NLRB ruled a Phoenix Mutual wage case violated employees rights when two of ten salesmen were fired for planning a letter about work conditions. The US Circuit Court upheld, and the Supreme Court declined to review, leaving the ruling in place. The law protects concerted action by two or more employees across interstate business.
