Baltimore October 25 Martin approves a mix to more than double capacity and cost of the plastic resin plant under construction at Painesville Ohio. The plant will produce marvin vinyl resin for aircraft wiring and other products, boosting production from 11 to 25 million pounds annually and value from 1.5 to 4 million dollars. Plant head Robert Kiltner said production starts next April and expanded capacity becomes available late in 1947.
