Barrel ride down Nine Mile Falls survivor vows no return

Mrs Taylor rode a barrel through Canadian rapids for a mile ending at Maid of the Mist. Though crushed neck feared, doctors report her condition not serious. she slept or prayed during the descent and may recover in days. The 4.5 by 3 foot barrel escaped severe rocks and was recovered ashore at 4 49. She thanked helpers and said she would not do it again unless to help financially.
