Frederick County and City Planters Meet on Master Plan
A joint meeting of the County Planning Commission and City Planning Commission with Mayor Ramsburg and city officials discussed the Frederick County Master Plan. Hatton presented two maps showing projected county populations and zoning for agricultural and industrial areas, with emphasis on keeping most land rural while allowing controlled urban growth and a strong central business district in Frederick.
