Grand Jury ends inquiry into Frederick police shooting
The Frederick County Grand Jury closed the inquiry into the fatal Sept 9 police shooting of Larry Wayne Staub Jr. after a two hour evidence presentation by Frederick Police Ltd, Tom Chase, and Steve Tuel. Staub, 25, was shot by Officer Vaughn Harper as he fled a traffic stop, with both men within ten feet when the shooting occurred. No officers were hurt.
