Man receives life for waitress murder in Frederick
In the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in Frederick Judge Samuel W Barrack sentenced Richard David Cooper to life in prison for the Sept 29 1980 first degree murder of Grace Ellen Aymiller a 59 year old Baltimore County waitress at the Little Tavern Restaurant during an armed robbery. Cooper also received 15 years for using a handgun in the felony with the two sentences running consecutively.
