Minister Charged With Abduction Sevier County Case
In Sevier County Tennessee a 13 year old Baptist preacher, once pastor of Friendship Baptist Church, faces a preliminary hearing on kidnapping charges for abducting 11 year old Frieda Ogle and taking her to Georgia to marry. Frieda, soon to be 12, expressed love and intent to marry, while Rollins claimed the girl pressed the marriage proposal and stated she loved him. Police intercepted Rollins in transit.
