In Frederick County Magistrate Sheffield handled several cases. Andrews jailed for 30 days plus $50 fine for disorderly conduct after a confrontation with deputies. Malcolm DeMitt Aird sentenced to three months for non support. Lewis Edward Gibson pled guilty but acquitted on a misrepresented charge. brothers William Ray and Glenn Swiger each fined $100 or 60 days for drunk and disorderly conduct.
