NCI Dispute Over Back Pay At Federal Center
The labor department set back pay totals for FCRF contractors with Harlan Sprague Dawley Inc and Data Management Services Inc. including $194,882 and $162,686 respectively. The case centers on whether FCRF, once treated as a GOCO, falls under the Service Contract Act and its prevailing wage rules, amid wage determinations critics say are too high. NCI staff defend caps while pursuing fair compensation for workers and taxpayers.
