Neighbors push to destroy North Farm dogs in court
In Rockville North Farm residents demand a new hearing to destroy three dangerous Rottweilers that attacked a woman and child in mid September. The Joffes contend due process was violated and threaten court action if the Animal Control Board refuses another hearing. An agreement orders no new dogs in Rockville and sets the dogs’ disposition after the 10 day appeal period, with one to Israel and another to a farm outside Montgomery County.
