Frederick County Public Works Tour Highlights Local Projects
Frederick County employees and officials toured county facilities and private projects on an annual public works tour led by Public Works Director Lawrence W. Johnson. Sites included the 520 North Market Street renovation, Frederick Community College building, Walkersville Library, Fountain Rock Spring and quarry lake, and Ballenger Creek Park area developments. Deputy health officer John Gray said the tour provides a bird’s eye view of county projects.
