Frederick County advertises 443 tax delinquent properties double the previous records, with a Nov. 10 auction at the county courthouse. Owners have one year and a day to pay before being sold. Eaglehead district shows 110 delinquent items.
The state advisory hospital licensing board ruled that placing an animal shelter on Montevue Lane property could jeopardize the nursing home's state license needed to participate in Medicare Medicaid and other programs.
