Baltimore date October 17 AP reports state lat today approved a plan of reorganiza tion for Title Guarantee and Trust Company closed February 18 1933. Plan provides return of about 1 000 000 in cash to depositors and creditors. After 30 days a distribution to depositors and creditors is expected to reach near 40 percent of the claim totals.
