Victim Identified in City Shooting Near Hood College
Frederick police identified the man found murdered in an overgrown area near Hood College as 21 year old Galand L. Croker of North Harrietan. He was shot execution style with a head wound and an exit wound behind his left ear. Investigators consider the death likely drug related.
