Zoning board rejects duplex apartments and daycare center plan
Frederick's Board of Zoning Appeals denied Michael L. Williams's plan to convert a 272-A Dill Ave duplex into two large one bedroom apartments due to lot width and yard constraints. Dennis L. Hiller's plan for a nine to ten child daycare at 3 McCain Drive was refused because outdoor play space would be too small and too close to a major road.
