Surprising Bethesda luncheon and concert buzz in Frederick
Mrs Frank Chasin and Mrs Eunice Taff organized a surprise luncheon for 70 women, 59 attending, then toured the Sumner Welles mansion Decorator Show House in Upper Marlboro with a bus from Frederick area. The event benefits the National Symphony Women’s Committee. The Frederick Symphony Society plans concerts at Thomas Johnson Auditorium with guest maestros and notable soloists, including Jean-Louis Steuerman and a Bruch Double Piano Concerto.
