City and county plan wildlife nuisance education campaign
Frederick city and Frederick County officials agreed to launch an educational drive to inform residents of wildlife services and whom to contact for nuisance animals. The task force will distribute phone numbers to dispatchers and offices, aiming to reduce police use in animal rescues and channel cases to the state Department of Natural Resources or certified local co operators.
