Dr Harold Glassman, retired assistant to the general manager and director of administration at Frederick Cancer Research Center, chairs the Special Gifts Division for the 1982 United Way Campaign. He holds a Penn chemistry degree, Penn medical sciences masters, and Georgetown chemistry PhD. He serves on multiple local boards and has been honored as Charter Fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology.
