Developmental retirement study by Dr Harold Moser
Dr Harold E Moser, after seven years volunteering in psychological testing at Rock Creek Diagnostic Center, frames retirement as phases. He began at Towson State College, moved to Hood College for teaching, then joined Rock Creek in Phase II while keeping part time teaching and voluntary work. He developed DAP Draw A Person as a quick screening tool, valued the team at Rock Creek, and plans Phase I renewal with new interests like genealogy and historical society membership.
