Witnesses Describe Fear Prior To Mrs Fagan Murder
Co workers testified that Vicky Degraffenreid saw Fagan watching the office from a parking lot in October and Mrs Fagan used alternate exits or drives due to fear. Kathleen Kemp said Fagan dropped her husband from a credit union and considered altering her life insurance. Prosecutors detailed life insurance proceeds and a post death phone call Mr Fagan allegedly made to start payments. Testimony noted earnings and a lack of written beneficiary changes.
