Handley Not Guilty in Magistrate's Verdict

Arc Handley of this city was acquitted in police court on Wednesday evening of operating an automobile while intoxicated after an accident on the Buckerstown road near Frederick. Judge Bowers noted the unusual scene of a wreck participant returning after drinks, while other defendants faced respective fines for liquor and conduct offenses.
