Death by own action ends life of Paul Reid Jr in Germantown
In Montgomery County a 12 year old Blues owner from Gaithersburg and Paul Xavier Reid died Friday night in his Germantown home, apparently by suicide with a double barreled shotgun. Authorities report he was last seen with family leaving at 1 p.m. and his body found at 2:45 p.m. The Montgomery County Medical Examiner ruled the death a self inflicted act. Surviving relatives include his wife Mrs Lacy Firzimmo Reid and five other children. Funeral arrangements listed include services at St Marys and burial in Barnesville. Also noted: two cases heard in Magistrate Court, James Heflin acquitted of passing on a curve after testimony about a truck with dual gas tanks. Robert Carroll charged with assault but sentenced for domestic battery.
