Widow Receives Life Policy Proceeds After Court Order
The Orphans' Court in Emmitsburg ordered net life insurance proceeds of 3,012.22 paid to Mrs Stella A Topper widow of J Raymond Topper who was killed after a fall from a roof. The insurer had paid the bank the full 4,442.48 but the bank had only a partial assignment to cover the debt.
