Appeal case delays in circuit court for New Market youth
In Circuit Court yesterday the appeal of Andres F. Sewell 21 New Marker delayed a six month House of Correction sentence for assault with a knife on Officer Martin Kanode after a magistrate court conviction. Tests contradicted knife evidence with witnesses claiming no weapon was seen. The court recessed to Friday morning with other cases continuing.
