Long terms upheld for two Frederick drug dealers
A three judge sentence review panel affirmed lengthy prison terms for two Frederick County drug dealers. Donald Lee Baker, 37, serving 25 years, claimed admission to a private rehab program but the panel kept his 20 year sentence for distributing a crack cocaine slip and a five year consecutive term for probation violation. Sherman Monroe Worrell, 22, received a combined two year term after Judge Stepler sentenced him for selling several racks of cocaine to a police informant in August 1990.
