Gordon Auction Company owner faces numerous tax charges
Christie Gordon, owner of Gordon Auction Company, faces 11 counts of willful failure to file tax returns and two counts of failure to pay sales tax in Frederick County District Court. The company at 21 E Seventh St is a sole proprietorship run with husband Timothy Gordon. The state comptroller reports $658,477.30 in back taxes through November 2000 and notes tax amnesty through Oct 31 excludes taxpayers under criminal investigation.
