Woman jailed after court finds Kasardy charge justifies 18 months
In West Patrick Street a Sabillasville woman, mother of ten who cannot read or write, was found guilty on a Kasardy charge. Turner, around 35, was ordered to pay $7 monthly and post $500 bond. he chose to serve the 18 month term after declining to post. The court heard details this morning before Associate Judge Robert B. Peter.
