Bulk trash pickup expands in Walkersville area next week
The county announces a twice yearly bulk collection region moving eastward from the northern end into Carroll County. Crews will focus daily on indicated routes with maps showing eligible days. Items accepted include bulky appliances and furniture. debris like ordinary trash, tires, cans, bottles, or wet waste are excluded. Rental trucks will handle pickups, not standard county vehicles, with routes and maps to be published for other areas later.
