Man Arrested Twice for Gun Violations in Pekar Case
Frederick police responded to 1200 block of Ardmore Court for a disorderly person. Officers saw a shirtless man with a handgun near a balcony, a District Court Commissioner released him. Shortly after midnight police returned. in a trunk they found marijuana and a loaded 22 caliber handgun. Bail was set at 10,000 by Judge Janice Ambrose.
