Rezoning sought for 772 dwelling units on Jamison land

Frederick County approves planned development zoning for 164 acres north of Md 228 near Clepper Village. The plan features 772 units including 110 townhouses, 176 multifamily apartments, and 24 single family homes, with 100 acres of green space and 145 acres park land. Schools Germantown Elementary Ridgeview Junior High Seneca Valley High Lake Seneca slated. 1,100 parking spaces planned for townhouses and apartments. Local resident Bruce Deppa opposed, citing road conditions.

Supreme Court to decide Maryland fund-raising law case
