Mystery man cleared in Paisley case at sea death
Maryland state police said Michael Yohn an Agency for International Development official sailing with John Paisley is cleared as a suspect. Paisley 55 was found shot to death with diving weights aboard his sailboat near Point Lookout after last seen Sept 24 in Chesapeake Bay.
