Two charged in traffic light shooting near Emmitsburg
Two men were charged with disturbing the peace after a shooting near a traffic light on a road west of Emmitsburg. A shotgun was found in the car, and the incident occurred about 0.4 minutes from a local intersection. Rosewell Robrbaugh, 23, of Exmishorg was involved in a separate two weeks earlier incident.

West Montgomery man dies in likely accident
