Mayor Colier proclaims Frederick’s second annual house cleaning next week during Fire Prevention Week. Swepson Earle commissioner of the Maryland Conservation Department will visit Frederick on Monday to inspect the fish hatchery in Lewistown after lunch and attend a meeting of the Izaak Walton League. He will be accompanied by James E. Soli and Johnson chief clerk, with Yank Walton League members as a committee.
