The Myersville and EPA dispute moves to a third appeal as officials review new information about a town loan to a $1.06 million sewer plant. The town funded 25 percent with private contributions from land outside town limits, triggering federal audit findings. If EPA demands repayment, Myersville could face restrictions on debt, possible bond issues, or higher taxes and rates for residents.
