They state they will pay a brokerage to the association on shipments by its members with written notice after Oct 1 1923, deducting this from shippers’ checks, permit milk testing and weighing inspections, and provide monthly shipment statements. They promise to continue accepting milk from nonmembers if it remains satisfactory.
