Frederick Memorial forms disaster committee at hospital
A disaster committee has been formed at Frederick Memorial Hospital to work out minute details for the general disaster plan. The hospital project continues with excavation for a new addition and power plant, moving over four million square feet of dirt to prepare a basement area hosting dietary, laboratory, laundry, central supply, X ray, and recovery rooms. Administrator P David Youngdahl attended an American Hospital Association meeting in Chicago on November 22 to discuss updating postmortem procedures manuals.
