In northwest Bosnia Serbs closed to 250 500 yards from Bihac center amid fighting as NATO and U N efforts fail to halt the assault. County delays vote on access to public parks

Woman convicted of murder-for-hire plan

A 25-year-old Knoxville woman, Selena Marcela Cornelius, was convicted in Frederick County Circuit Court for soliciting John Ray to kill Brenda Burton, wife of Frederick William Burton II. She provided a map circling the Burton home and pursued the plan with intent to hire the killer.
