Will and forgery claims cloud 1907 will probate
At the Orphans Court a hearing debated admission of a will allegedly made by Margaret Engelbrecht and witnessed by Mary Logan. William MacMullin testified the paper came to him August 20 1975 at 925 North Broad Street Philadelphia and that he kept it sealed. Witnesses identified signatures as possibly forged and the court planned to rule after written testimony is prepared.
