Two men plead guilty in Frederick County circuit court
David Bryan Summers 20 of Adamstown admitted possessing cocaine when arrested May 17 in a Bank of Damascus parking lot. Robert Scott Windon 24 of Fingerboard Road admitted possession of a stolen diamond cut-off law and a .32 caliber pistol from a rural housebreaking. Sentences deferred pending pre sentence reports.
