Pickle-packer turned painter Harold Elliott to show in Vancouver
Harold H. Elliott, 74, a former pickle manufacturer and later teacher, homesteader, miner and real estate man, will have three paintings featured at the Vancouver Art Gallery this summer before a Canadian tour with 37 works by 19 British Columbia artists. Elliott, who began painting 16 years ago, has completed about 5000 canvasses and favors green tones in his imaginative works.
