Odd Fellows Home to Open for Limited Occupants Next Month
Board of Directors decides to receive first occupants after part of next month with a small initial cohort of children and aged persons. One hundred fifty four beds installed, 124 in rooms and 30 on the third floor. North building for children, south for aged, central administration. Several Baltimore and Elkins applicants considered for general superintendent at next meeting. Women’s Club of Urbana meets with Christmas suggestions discussed. next meeting December 10.
