After a Thursday night blaze at a East Sixth Street railroad shed in Pennsylvania, Chief Allen Barigis labeled the fire incendiary and turned findings to railroad officials. Willard after Maryland Attorney General suit. Initial bond set at $10 000. State of Maryland suit filed by Attorney General William Preston Lane Jr. and assistant W L Henderson. Consent obtained from the defendant.
The report notes Reny Pho was badly injured in a shooting near Rod and Gun Club in Washington County. He was taken to Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown for treatment as of Day at Wordman. He held the position of secretary-treasurer at the club.
