Reading Railway Operator Robbed at Al ien Station
Schlamepor Pa November 31 At Al ien station of the Reading Railroad an operator and station agent Murrell J Hafer was bound gagged and robbed. A masked man forced Hafer to cut the telegraph service and threatened to harm the other sleeping clerk. The suspect is linked to a New York Central murder case in Oak Grove and a $500 reward is offered.
