AES Rebuffs Allegheny Power in Warrior Run Deal
Applied Energy Services said Wednesday it will not accept any offer from Allegheny Power to exit a 1988 contract to buy electricity from AES’s 180 megawatt Warrior Run plant under construction in Cumberland.
