Snyder named to liquor board in Frederick County
Gov. Schaefer appointed former Frederick County Sheriff Robert C. Snyder to the Frederick County Board of License Commissioners. Snyder, 64, a Republican, will complete the remainder of Jess D. Orndorff's five year term ending July 1 1996. He is the board's first Republican member joining two Democrats. The appointment is for a $5,000 per year post.
